| 1992 |
5 people in Novosibirsk (Russia) and 1 person in Austin, TX (USA) jointly started the company.

| 1995 |
IBM representatives visited us in Novosibirsk. Large-scale sales contracts with IBM signed. IBM proposed the name for the company. Since now the company name is NOVOSOFT, which stands for NOVOsibirsk SOFTware developers.

| 1997 |
Novosoft launched its own product line.

| 1998 |
Sales contract with Agilent Technologies (Hewlett-Packard company) signed.

| 2000 |
Company rapidly grows. Staff reaches nearly 500 high quality developers. Number of successfully completed IT projects grows to several hundreds. Virtually all business domains are covered.
Novosoft participates in opening the Department of Information
Technology at Novosibirsk State University. |
| 2001 |
Novosoft Inc. received the IBM/Lotus Premiere Business Partner status. Among other certifications gained: Microsoft Certified Partner, Sun Microsystems Partner and Authorized Prometric testing center.

Novosoft won a tender and became a partner of the US Department of Energy. Joint efforts led to launching Novosoft-Zheleznogorsk Software Development Center.
Gartner Group names Novosoft among 5 leading Russian providers of software development services.
